General Anthropology

This is my most recent course being taught at Tallahassee Community College. The LMS used is Canvas, and sample course content can be viewed below.

Introduction to Archaeology

My introductory archaeology course was originally developed on COUSEsites (a blackboard platform). It can be viewed on that site by clicking the button below and browsing the course as a guest.

Indians of North America (Visiting Lecturer)

I taught Indians of North America as a Visting Instructor for Alston Thoms at Texas A&M University. Topics covered included Ethics and Repatriation, Indians of the Plateau, Indians of the Northwest Coast, and Indians of the Subarctic.

Archaeology Theory (Guest Instructor)

I served as a¬†guest instructor for Suzanne Eckert at Texas A&M University. The ‘fliped-course’ style lessons reviewed hypothesis statements, type I and type II errors, and provided undergraduates¬†in-class practice writing their own archaeological hypotheses.

Folklore and the Supernatural (Teaching Assistant)

I assisted Tom Green at Texas A&M University with this intensive writing course. I aided undergraduates with paper writing, editing, and in-class peer review.
